Large Water Damage in a Condo Complex

This condo unit experienced a large water loss from a roof leak. Once on site, our production manager and crew assessed the damage, and put together a scope of work to be done. Each unit's damage was a little different, and required a different amount of drying equipment. 

Drying Equipment

Air Movers- These are energy efficient, high velocity, and can drastically speed up the drying time. Our air movers can chain together, and only use 1.9 amps. There are different types to use depending on where and how extensive the damage is.

Dehumidifiers- These work by removing excess moisture and humidity from the air. Dehumidifiers are commonly used along side of the air movers. This helps to prevent secondary damage, such as mold.

Desiccant Dehumidifier- Our trailer mounted desiccant can remove 500+ gallons of water per day. It can dry spaces 50,000 SF+. This is ideal for large commercial spaces. It dries quickly and efficiently to save time and money.
